SailGP in Valencia
The spectacular sailing series SailGP is coming to Valencia in 2026. On 5th and 6th September 2026, the city on the Valencian coast will host the Spain Sail Grand Prix, a stop on the international SailGP championship. At this extraordinary event, the fastest racing catamarans in the world will compete against each other: the F50 catamarans. These state-of-the-art high-tech boats reach speeds of over 100 km/h and deliver spectacular races on the water.
Valencia has been confirmed as the host city under a multi-year contract until2028and joins a list of international top destinations such asNew York, Sydney or Dubai.
The races will take place in front of theMarina Port Valenciawhich offers excellent infrastructure for this maritime major event.
SailGP stands not only for top-level sport but also for an extraordinary experience for spectators – both on land and on the water.
